Touchstone Youth Program (a Colorado 501(c)(3) nonprofit) and TOS Boxing in Englewood, Colorado respect your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, ask about training or events, register as a supporter, or make a donation, you may share details like your name, email, phone number, and any message you send. You only share this when you choose to.

Donations and payments. Donations and class payments are handled by trusted outside services (such as Zeffy for donations and Square for training purchases). Your card details go directly to those processors under their own privacy policies, we do not see or store your full payment information.

USA Boxing registration. If you register as a member or coach, that happens on USA Boxing’s own website, which is governed by USA Boxing’s privacy policy, not ours.

Basic technical information. This is a simple website with no advertising or third-party tracking. Our hosting provider may keep basic, anonymized records (like page requests) to keep the site running and secure.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you share to reply to you, coordinate classes and events, process donations, and run our youth program. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How We Share Information

We only share your information with the service providers we use to operate (for example, payment and email services), or when required by law. That’s it.

Cookies

We use cookies for two purposes. First, a small number of cookies are needed for the site and its host to work properly, and to remember your preferences (such as your language choice and your cookie decision). These are always active.

Second, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — which pages they view and how they found us — so we can make it better. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this data on our behalf; we have it configured to anonymize your IP address. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your information.

Children’s Privacy

We serve young people, and we take their privacy seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website without a parent or guardian’s involvement. Photos and information about our youth athletes are published only with permission from a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and want to review, update, or remove your child’s information, please contact us and we will take care of it.

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have, correct it, remove it, or stop receiving messages from us.

You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings, which will make the cookie notice appear again on your next visit. You can also use your browser’s privacy controls to block or delete cookies.
