Donations and payments. Donations and class payments are handled by trusted outside services (such as Zeffy for donations and Square for training purchases). Your card details go directly to those processors under their own privacy policies, we do not see or store your full payment information.

USA Boxing registration. If you register as a member or coach, that happens on USA Boxing’s own website, which is governed by USA Boxing’s privacy policy, not ours.

Basic technical information. This is a simple website with no advertising or third-party tracking. Our hosting provider may keep basic, anonymized records (like page requests) to keep the site running and secure.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you share to reply to you, coordinate classes and events, process donations, and run our youth program. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We only share your information with the service providers we use to operate (for example, payment and email services), or when required by law. That’s it.

Photos and information about our youth athletes are published only with permission from a parent or guardian.
