Classes are designed for children ages 3.5 years – 5 years old with no- parental participation. Parent-Tot classes meet for 45 minutes once a week, unless otherwise noted. Make-up classes are not offered for missed sessions.

We focus on promoting positive psychology through physical activity, vocabulary, mindfulness, emotional regulation using breathing and muscle relaxation, and meditation. Musical warm-up & stretching.

Classes are designed for children ages 8-12 no- parental participation. Pre-teen classes meet for 3 hours once a week, unless otherwise noted. Make-up classes are not offered for missed sessions. (This course requires additional fees weekly not to exceed $50 per session)

This joyful course introduces pre-teens to the positivity, and joy surrounding them every day and how to incorporate it into their beings! This three-hour-filled morning includes physical activity, positive excursions around Metro Denver, events, an introduction to energy work, meditation, and so much more.

 (2 or more pre-teens in a family ½ price for each additional pre-teen in the same class)
